In the event you wish to retain my services, I will send you an engagement letter by return e-mail which will act as a formal retainer agreement pending funding. This engagement letter will set out my understanding of the matters at issue, our mutual obligations to one another and our mutual expectations. I will also require a deposit. The amount of the deposit (monetary retainer) will depend upon the services contemplated. I accept e-transfers, wire transfers, VISA and MasterCard. Please note that the Law Society of Ontario requires me to verify the identity of new clients. This process must be complied with, without exception, prior to any services being provided.
